Consultation and personalised health plan
Once you book, you will receive a detailed health questionnaire. In your consultation we will work through your health history, current symptoms and any previous test results to understand what has driven the imbalance. We will then agree your priorities and decide whether any functional testing would be helpful.
Initial Consultation
Follow-up consultations £195 inclusive of VAT
Best suited to anyone who would like a single, thorough assessment to see how functional medicine can help them.
- Comprehensive 60–90 minute consultation
- Detailed review of your health questionnaire and food diary
- Review of previous laboratory results
- A written report after your consultation, with your personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan
- Functional testing recommendations, where appropriate
- Additional practitioner research on your case
- Short follow-up email support
Appointments are prepaid.
Laboratory tests and supplements are not included.
Three-month
Functional Medicine Programme
Best suited to those who want a structured period of work with their practitioner. We usually expect two to three months before symptoms begin to improve.
- Initial 60–90 minute consultation
- Four 30-minute follow-up consultations by video or telephone
- Detailed review of your health questionnaires and food diary
- Personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan
- Functional laboratory testing recommendations and ordering support
- Interpretation of recommended laboratory tests
- Updates to your plan based on your results and progress
- Up to four hours of additional practitioner research on your case
- Short email support between appointments
Laboratory tests and supplements are not included.
The programme should be completed within four months
of the initial consultation.
