Cancellations/Changes to Bookings: Initial consultations must be paid for at the time of booking, and the fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. However, we require advance notice of at least two business days to accommodate date changes, subject to availability. For follow-up appointments, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes you may wish to make. Patients who cancel their follow-up appointment within the 48-hour notice period will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the consultation.
